Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are granted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

• We do not generally offer refunds for reasons of buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction with the product’s appearance.

• Some products, such as personalized or custom-made items, may be non-refundable unless defective.

• Requests made after this window may not be eligible.

• We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days with instructions on how to return the item if the claim is approved.

Return Shipping

• For eligible refund returns (damaged or defective goods), we will cover return shipping costs.

• For non-defective returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

Refund Method

Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
